In Bohemia the Gothic is almost the national style hence the continuation of a Gothic style in religious art of Czech folk tradition and in regional art. The paint is believed to be original with possible later additions. 
 
An antique primitive sculpture carved in wood and painted. The carved figure is nailed to a marginally later cross.
