Unusual pair of Halabala style Art Deco armchairs in original yellow silk upholstery. 
 
A fine pair of super stylish armchairs, in the style of renowned czech modernist Jindrich Halabala. Dating from the mid century look: simple, flowing lines and extravagantly swooping, steam-bent arms. 

They have the original silk material which is in great order but if you are looking for a pair of chairs to put your own mark on and recover in your own fabric these would be ideal.

The wood on the arms is in fair condition which we love. Some patchy losses to the surface but again, a nice restoration project.
