‘West End theatre’ sign with additional illumination of the latter 20th century.

We can't be sure of the exact age of this stunning feature display but we do think that it could date to the latter part of the 20th century, maybe 1980's. Strong estimations suggest it was part of a wall feature in the entrance of ‘The Palace Theatre’ in the City of Westminster, London. Featuring ‘Miss Vesta Tilley’ as the the headline act.

Over 1.5 metres wide and hand painted on what we can see is cardboard composite, and then framed in aluminium. Wonderful paint work will stunning colours. 29 original fairground cabochon lights have been added added to further extenuate the display. It really can be considered as a piece of art with a visible signature, ‘Roga’.

This could be a keeper for us!

Lightweight; therefore, easy too add some fixings and mount this to a wall or fixture. Equally, freestanding as we have it in-store standing against a wall, she looks just great.

Please note: Professionally wired but we do not have a PAT certificate
