Graffart & Delvenne Val Saint Lambert (Buffet set: cheese and snacks) in Rosaline Pink

Belgium - 1920-1949.

From the Luxval collection (1935) these three nice examples of the Severiana pattern with two matching 3-section bowls and a covered cheese dish in a good strong rosaline pink colour and is in very nice original condition.

The heavy Art Deco style of contrasting laterals and verticals sums-up the design ethos behind the Luxval range. The cheese cover has small indent to allow the cheese to 'breathe'. The compartments of the bowl are isolated so that they can be used for both dry- and wet snacks.

All four parts are in very good condition with no chips or cracks and very light visible use on the surfaces, One or two very small air bubbles in the glass which are typical for this age and production.

3-vak schaal (3-Section dish) measures 26.75 diameter, 4.5 cm high

Kaasstolp (Covered Cheese dish) 22.5 long, 14cm wide, 12.5 cm high
