A wonderful set of 3 earthenware confit pots from the Southwest of France with traditional ochre glaze. Beautiful patina and deep colour. Some losses to glaze and natural aged cracks in some (please refer to pictures for reference). These ordinary earthenware vessels were once used daily in the French country home and have beautiful rustic glazes of green, ochre and terracotta. Nice decorative elements especially when several sizes and shapes are grouped together.
