This is a delightful 1930’s 2 Seater Bergère sofa with tufted seats in wonderful aged condition.
Considering it’s age of over 80 years old, the sofa is in very good sturdy condition, comfortable to sit on, the patina of the wood is lovely highlighting the grain of the wood, no evidence of woodworm, overall the sofa does display signs of age and use but nothing to distract from its beauty. Wonderful lion claw feet.
The Bergère back and sides are totally intact with only 1 single “shirt button” sized hole which is not at any stress point.
